  6. Service is for entertainment and consulting purposes only.
  7. When you make a purchase on the website, you'll have the option to select a third-party payment processor to handle your payment details and process the transaction. Currently, you can only use Stripe for your purchases. Please note that we are not liable for the collection, usage, sharing, or security of your billing information by these third-party payment processors. The following payment methods are accepted by Stripe: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and any additional options accepted by Stripe or Paypal. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have the legal authority to use the chosen payment method(s) for the transaction. You also assert that the information provided to us and the third-party payment processor(s) is accurate, truthful, and complete.
  8. We offer cancellations on purchases made offered on our website at any time. You may cancel your subscription by contacting us via email. We will not be able to issue you a refund of the purchase price that you paid if you cancel your purchase past the subscription renewal date.
  9. Discount codes used for purchasing a subscription on this website will only be applied to the initial billing cycle. Subsequent renewal fees will not be discounted. Each customer can only apply one discount code per purchase. Once a discount code has been redeemed, you cannot use the same code or any other discount codes for future purchases on this website.
  10. When you subscribe on our website, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing term. We'll use the payment method you have on file to process the renewal unless you choose to cancel.
  11. These terms will be interpreted according to United States law, without considering conflict of laws provisions. They will not be subject to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of International Goods, the Uniform Commercial Code, or Incoterms. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms doesn't mean we waive that right later on. If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply. Any disputes related to these Terms, including interpretation or breach, will be settled in a United States court located in CO or NY.
